Without modern exhaust gas management, passenger cars and commercial vehicles today can hardly meet the strict CO2 specifications. BorgWarner manufactures all components itself and can therefore offer the aftermarket complete EGR modules. Our range includes pneumatically and electrically controlled EGR valves, throttle valves and bypass valves. Also actuators, thermostats and thermoswitches, the links between thermal management and mechanics, so to speak. Each individual part optimizes the combustion process - for lower fuel consumption and emissions. In this way, our systems expertise also comes into its own for environmentally friendly engine technology.

Since 2020, we have again been the exclusive supplier of glow plugs, control units and ignition coils of our BERU brand for the aftermarket.
In total, you will find more than 700 individual products around ignition technologies with us.
This means that we can supply 28,200 different vehicle types and thus cover up to approx. 90% of the replacement demand throughout Europe.
We produce for all renowned automotive manufacturers worldwide and have acquired comprehensive system know-how.
That is why our products are always perfectly matched, very durable and reliable.
